FAQs
Is there a cancellation policy?
The latest cancellation date is 3 days prior to sailing, there is no refund on the 25% deposit.
What is your refund policy?
We do not provide refunds on trips. The only exception we make is in the event of a cancellation due to weather conditions which are unsafe to sail in.
Do we sail rain or shine?
Yes, we sail rain or shine, unless it is very windy. If it is raining, we advise you bring adequate rain gear including hats, waterproof jackets and/or pants, and boots. We will provide disposable rain ponchos for those who need them.
Do I need a fishing license?
Yes, you will require a 1 day fishing license for your trip, as well as a Salmon Conservation Stamp. License purchasing and all related information can be found on the Canadian Government Fisheries website. Please contact us if you have any questions in regards to licensing.
What time do we set sail?
Salmon are most active in the morning - therefore, ideal sail times are from 7 AM - 1 PM. If you wish to choose a time outside these hours, please indicate this when you are filling out our booking form. We advise that you be at the marina at least 15 minutes prior to sailing time.
